This is another post from an earlier blog. It's from June 2007, exactly a month after I left my husband and moved into my own apartment. In some ways I am today a completely different person from the one who made this picture. In other ways, I haven't moved an inch.
His name was Gavin. He was (and is, I suppose) a blonde-haired, blue-eyed Brit. It was not to be, for a whole host of reasons.
